My name is Kristian, or 郭靖南, depending on your inclinations. I began learning Chinese in 2005 as part of my year-long bid to propagate the English language in the as yet unsaturated regions of the world. My cultural hegemonic ambitions were unexpectedly interrupted when I chanced upon the fruitful shores of the Chinese language. Enchanted by this exotic and mystical tongue, I have since devoted myself to unlocking the erudite beauty of 中文! Join me on my journey, as we take the confusion out of Confucianism, socialise for Socialism, and put the man back in Mandarin!
